UFLEX INCOME FOR Q1 FY 2018-19 UP BY 17.5 %, VOLUMES ARE UP TOO!

  India’s largest multinational flexible packaging materials and solution company Uflex Limited has declared the earnings for the Quarter ended 30 June 2018. The company has been maintaining a sustained growth curve and achieved the Consolidated Income for the quarter ended 30th June 2018 of Rs. 1912 crores as against Rs. 1627 crore for the same period last year, thus registering a growth of 17.5%. The consolidated EBITDA for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 has been higher at Rs. 255 crore as against Rs. 237 crore for the same period last year up by 7.9%, and as against Rs. 229 crore for the quarter Jan-March 2018, up 11.3%. The profit after tax for the quarter ended 30th June 2018 is also higher at Rs. 94 crore. Uflex Posts Highest Ever Quarterly Production Volume; Robust Net Revenue for Q2FY18-19 Backed by 10.6% Y-O-Y Surge in Sales Volume

  03 November 2018, Noida, Uttar Pradesh(India): India’s flexible packaging giant, Uflex Limited reported 10.6% increase in overall sales volume on year-on-year basis, thereby achieving highest ever consolidated net revenue of INR 2020.8 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2018. The consolidated net revenues showed a jump of 26% from INR 1603.8 crore in the same quarter last fiscal. Uflex also achieved the highest ever quarterly total production volume of 102442 MT. The consolidated EBITDA for Q2FY18-19 increased by almost 12% Y-O-Y to INR 264.6 crore from INR 236.5 crore. The consolidated net profit for Q2FY18-19 at INR 95.7 crores was higher by 1.5% Y-OY. Uflex Posts a Strong Performance in Q3 FY 2018-19

  07 February 2019, Noida, U.P (India): Uflex Ltd declared its earnings for the Quarter ended December 31, 2018 and reported consolidated net revenue of INR 1981.1 crore, a jump of 17.7% on Y-o-Y basis. The consolidated EBITDA for Q3 FY18-19 stood at INR 227.7 crore, showing an increase of 13.6% Y-O-Y while the consolidated net profit rose marginally by 3.8% Y-o-Y to 54 crore for Q3 FY19. India’s government announced March 6 it would ban imports of plastic waste, following similar moves by China and other Asian countries. According to Indian press accounts, the move extends what had been a partial ban. Previously, India had allowed scrap plastic imports into special economic zones and “exported-oriented units” that would use the scrap in their manufacturing operations. But the new ban prohibits that as well. At the opening ceremony of Indiaplast 2019, the head of India’s largest flexible packaging firm said the industry is trying to show that plastics are recyclable, amid the increasing government pressure. Uflex Net Revenue Up by 18.5% for FY2018-19

  27 May 2019, Noida, U.P (India): Uflex Ltd, India’s largest multinational Flexible Packaging Company, today has announced its earnings for the Quarter ended March 31, 2019 and Financial Year 2018-19. The consolidated net revenue for Q4FY18-19 rose to INR 2060.6cr as compared to INR 1818.8cr in the corresponding quarter last fiscal; while the company registered EBITDA growth of 13.4% at INR 260.1cr in Q4FY18-19. For full year 2018-19, the consolidated net revenue grew 18.5% to INR 7974.8cr and EBITDA increased by 11.6% to INR 1007.5cr. The full year consolidated PAT was marginally up by 1.07% at INR 313.8cr. In FY2018-19, the Films Business achieved highest ever production of 316923 MT. The improved financial performance has resulted in CRISIL assigning higher credit rating of ‘A’ to long-term debt of the company. Uflex Starts Q1 FY2019-20 ith a Steady Performance

13 August 2019, Noida, U.P (India): Uflex Ltd, India’s largest multinational Flexible Packaging Company, today declared its earnings for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 and reported. The Consolidated Revenue grew by 3.6% to INR 1982 cr in Q1 and EBITDA rose by 8.7% to INR 277.3 cr Y-o-Y. On standalone basis, the revenue increased by 2.23% to INR 1051 crore and EBITDA jumped by 11.7% to INR 132.6 crore. The consolidated net profit dropped by 3.6% Y-o-Y to 90.7 crore for Q1 FY2019-20, due to higher tax provision.   13 November 2019, Noida: UFlex Ltd, India’s largest multinational flexible packaging company and a global player in polymer sciences, today declared its earnings for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 and its consolidated EBITDA for Q2 FY19-20 stood at INR 278.8 cr, showing an increase of 5.4% YoY basis while its consolidated net profit fell marginally by 1.8% YoY to INR 94 cr. The Total Production Volume during the quarter was 94218 MT as compared to 102442 MT during Sept 2018 quarter and Total Sales Volume for the quarter was 93951 MT as compared to 101081 MT in Sept 2018 quarter. Consolidated EBITDA for Q3 FY19-20 stood at INR 276.4cr, showing a jump of 21.4% on a YoY basis while its consolidated net profit was up 56.7% YoY at INR 84.6 cr.
